Relationship is Marriage
A quest in finding your true love is hard. It's a journey. Ups and downs. The "getting to know" stage is the most difficult part of it. It's roller coaster of "awwws", "iiiieeees", "WTHs", "whys" and "hows". I've been there. I know how it feels - good and bad. But there are lots of things I learn on the "getting to know part."
Here are some few:
●No matter what, be sure. Don't invest if you're not going to push through
●Love is a celebration. No matter how difficult both parties are into, they should stand strong. Face the challenges together, no matter what.
●Love is patient. Love is kind. (Corinthians 13:4) Love is sacrifice. Love is investing time.
●Love is centered through and with God's guidance. It's stronger that way.
●True love waits. Cliche as it may sound, but that's how true it is. True love waits. No matter how hard, how painful the waiting will be, how agonizing the time as it passes by, if you really believe, you wait. You don't lose faith, you wait. If it doesn't end up how you expect it to end, you learn.
●Love doesn't give up no matter what. Love stands strong. Love is a communion of two people in a relationship fighting together and figuring things out. Love doesn't know pride. Love doesn't know hesitations. Love knows no boundaries. Love knows no limits. Love measures no efforts. You do things for the other person because you love them, you do those because it makes you happy. You do it without expecting anything in return. Love is selfless.
●Love is you. Love is us. Together. Fighting and figuring things out. We get hurt we learn. That's the most important part, we learn. We feel tired but we never give up, never. That is how love is. That is how love is supposed to be. Because love is marriage. Two souls in union facing the world. Two bodies working as one.
So when you're planning to commit in a relationship be sure you're ready. Don't just say words, words sacred as a vow, that you can't firmly stand up to. Because love is marriage. Any words you promise will be sacred as a vow. It's a promise. Any promises you make to the other marks that other permanently. It stains their totality. They start to hope. They start to believe. But again love knows no expectations. Love is giving. Love is selfless. You don't expect something in return. Love is marriage. It should make you happy. Love is marriage. It gives you hope. Love is marriage. It bundles with trust. Love is marriage. Relationship is marriage.
My hopes are high. My faith is strong. I still believe in love and still hoping that someday somehow I'll get my happy ending story.
